Pilates enables anyone to achieve longer, leaner, toned muscles, better posture, a healthier back and better body shape whilst also helping to calm and clear the mind.


Pilates can be modified to provide either a gentle strength and mobility program or a challenging workout.   Pilates is suitable for both complete beginners and those that already exercise regularly, and is also suitable for people recovering from injury and illness.

About Me

.I am a qualified Pilates instructor with over 25 years of experience in teaching. I am dedicated to helping clients achieve their fitness goals through tailored Pilates sessions.


As a passionate believer in the benefits of exercise for both physical and mental well-being. I have practiced across a broad range of other activities including nordic walking, group cycling, boxercise and circuit training.  I am also qualified as a personal trainer, sports therapist and nutritionist.


Pilates has changed and evolved over the years.  My goal is to keep learning and bringing new ideas to clients. To introduce new approaches to my classes I continue to develop my skills to cover common orthopaedic conditions, pregnancy and working with small equipment.  I have also built on my massage skills with further qualifications from The Scottish Massage School and have used the extra physiology and anatomy knowledge to enhance my Pilates classes.
